Happy Wedding Season!
I have had the pleasure of creating beautiful and original wedding signage for the sweetest bride, Marina.
Marina’s wedding theme is inspired by earthy tones as the event itself is immersed in nature. The ceremony took place at Moorten Botanical Garden in Palm Springs, CA.
This project was the first to spark my love for special event art and signage. I have been able to test new techniques and perfect familiar ones throughout this process.
I designed and painted : Food Menus // Signature Drink Menu // Polaroid Sign // Parasol Sign // Welcome Sign // Guest Name Bands // and tons more!
The “I Do” Scene
This is where I get to create the moment of a lifetime that couples can cherish for a lifetime.
✨It’s a vignette filled with symbolism to honor the first day of their bonded lives. For this bride and groom, hummingbirds hold a special place in their hearts…there they are fluttering close to one another under the chuppah
✨It’s my favorite piece to any wedding or engagement design package; creatively capturing the spot where their two lives become one.
Marina and Cory wanted to capture their special moment of unity through art as their guests signed their best wishes. How precious!

Marina’s Experience
Marina wrote the most heartfelt testimony of her experience working with me…
“After spending the last year planning my wedding, the one thing that was causing the most stress was all the details- signage, directions, decor and wanting it all to match the aesthetic that I had worked so hard to create.
When you’re looking online at all of the options and vendors you can use, it feels overwhelming and impersonal– two emotions that you do not want surrounding your wedding day!
As soon as I reached out to Rawan and shared my vision with her, I immediately felt relieved and excited about all that she would design (and take off my never-ending to-do list!)
Partnership with The Knot + Wedding Wire
Combining my skills of visual communication with painting made this project so fulfilling for both me and the bride! I decided to take things to the next level and offer my services to more engaged couples and others hosting special events.
In April, I began my partnership with The Knot and Wedding Wire! I have already received great feedback and can’t wait to work on my next special event.

Rawan is transparent about all elements that go into her work and ultimately will go into your wedding. That provided me with a deep sense of trust and comfort.
While all of that is good and dandy, it doesn’t even begin to touch on the true artistry skills she has. The designs she created for me- both watercolor and digital- are stunning, elegant and modern. It is easy to see the time and care she puts into her work. I know that a handful of the signs she designed will continue to be displayed in my home long after the wedding, which makes all of this even more special.
