The Hats I Wear

It’s 2022 and I am ready to re-introduce myself!
5 years ago I was abruptly forced into the role of creative entrepreneur. Let’s emphasize the word creative! A traumatic experience changed my course of life. I’m more driven and passionate than ever but I’ve had to make adjustments to accommodate my limitations.

In the pre-covid world, these adjustments were very difficult to manage. For people like me, a post-covid virtual/accessible culture has made us feel like we can contribute to society (again). So, I’m here to share with you my creative endeavors and the many hats I wear!

👩🏻‍🎓Architectural Designer

My Master’s Degree in Architecture & Design gives me the opportunity to design for private clients and pursue Inclusive Design more intently. I’ve had the pleasure of designing unique and personalized homes for clients around the country.

👩🏻‍🎨 Artist | Blogger

My personal experiences with trauma led me to discover therapy through art. As I honed my craft, I gained attention and have showcased my art in major cities like Detroit, Chicago, New York, and Venice, Italy. My art and story are featured in online and print publications worldwide. I have international patrons who support my artistic journey and 2022 is starting off strong with exciting commissions!

 👩🏻‍💻 Graphic Designer

Graphic Design has been a natural part of my evolution as a creative. I’ve built multiple websites and created logos, promotional flyers,  business cards, and much more to various brands and entrepreneurs.

👩🏻‍💼 Nonprofit Co-Founder | Creative Director of The Art Spread

In 2020 I Co-Founded a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that is based in Detroit and Santa Ana. We lead artists with adversity to success and spread empathy through art. Through deep mentorship, we support artists with mental, physical, and societal challenges to help them express their unique voice. We also serve the community through art-and-adversity awareness workshops that make art accessible to everyone. Be sure to check out our mission and  artists!

So, now you’re all caught up in my creative pathways! Please share my journey with your friends and feel free to reach out to collab!
