‘Nervosi’ is one of my early alcohol ink paintings.  It reminds me of something organic yet systematic, cellular structure, the stuff we’re made of!   As I have had my nervous system shook and shocked, this piece seemed appropriate to hold the Italian meaning for nervous, anxious, edgy, tense.  This piece contrasts those harsh feelings with its soft, fluid, and layered form.
